Continuously drawing from traditional Scottish ballads and folktales or ancient myths I have combined the reoccurring themes of morality, life and death found in these with my own childhood experiences creating a new, personal narrative. I attempt to create work that is enchanting and beautiful while hinting at the disturbing realities of life and bringing to question our human nature.
